JOB MISSION:

Responsible for the strategic planning and activation of trade marketing & digital marketing across key French Lifestyle wholesale accounts. The role is responsible to deliver against strategy and best in class sell-in & sell-out support within retail and online platforms.

Reports directly into Lifestyle Marketing Manager and will work closely with FR Sales leads, FR Marketing team, along with wholesale partners marketing teams to strategically plan, build & execute process, activate these strategic accounts and provide analytical evaluation & reporting

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Trade & Digital Marketing with Lifestyle KA & FA :

  • Working closely with the Lifestyle Marketing Manager to plan the trade marketing strategy of the following accounts : Sarenza, La Redoute, Spartoo, Le Boutique Officielle, Citadium, Energy accounts, KAR (Hylton, Scott…)….
  • Build account segmentation plans, have a clear picture on their consumer profiling, game plan and long-term vision to evaluate and prioritize support, tactics and investment
  • Manage trade marketing budget and spend for owned accounts and report ROI
  • Work with third party agencies and internal creative team to develop online marketing assets,
  • Demonstrate an integrated customer journey across all marketing principles and the digital landscape, working closely with the marketing team to align and ensure efficiency of investment and activity for the team
  • Obsess with the results through ROI reports, establishing objectives, budget spend and sell through target ahead of each activation
  • Communicate results and ROI report to wider team
  • Analyse & evaluate results to constantly learn and improve for future campaigns
  • Generate relationships to be fully integrated with retail buyers & marketing teams as well as internal account managers and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Strategic and commercial mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge and obsession of the Sports & Lifestyle marketplace
  • Experience in the sports, culture and lifestyle retail industry
  • A strong Digital, Trade and/or Retail marketing background is essential
  • Experience in managing SEM and Digital Display campaigns
  • Strong Analytical skills and data-driven thinking, knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Process driven with a clear understanding of working across multiple stakeholders, wholesalers, seasons, products, agencies and departments
  • Good understanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to deliver campaigns from awareness through to conversion
  • A people person who builds relationships easily
